Anyone hear any reports or anything on some of his field goal kicking in practice or training camp.

I heard he once scored 6 points for a field goal because it traveled through the uprights, around the earth, and back through the uprights again...
before landing somewhere in the Indian Ocean.

Folk has not looked good since the injury last year. It may be time to sit him and give the new kid a chance.

I have not heard the coaches say anything about sitting Folk, but I think it is warranted.

Hard to see how an injury would affect his accuracy. His leg maybe, but not his accuracy. He is just off right now. McBriar clearly isn't comfortable with the holding duties either, but hard to see this staff making an adjustment.

Why would they sit Folk when 3 of his misses the holder took the blame for?

Kitna is the backup holder, but he must not be any good at it because McBriar is clearly struggling with it, but they won't take the job from him.

Maybe they just dont have a better option. If Kitna isnt any better than McBriar, I'm not sure who else we have who would be the holder. Maybe Crayton, though I dont recall him ever being tried at even in TC. All the years I've watched football, the holder has almost always been the punter or backup QB. I'm guessing its that way for a reason.

Doesn't Beuhler have a broken pinkie toe on his kicking foot? That doesn't sound like a good time to give him more reps. I expect we could even see Folk on kickoffs.

he does have something wrong with his pinkie toe, not exactly sure what.

I have read reports that beuhler isnt accurate on field goal attempts.

The cowboys are trying to improve his field goal attempts, but right now with his pinkie toe probably not a wise ideal to do.

Problem with Folk if you remember, he missed timing during offseason due to his surgery, so missed that time with holder. Then, McBrair has admitted to several problems with holding, add all of that up and you most likely see the problems due to missed fgs.

The Buehler does not have a "pinkie" toe. If he did and it was broken, he would just rip it off. Now, say 10 hail marys and 5 our fathers for your lack of faith.

It was against Atlanta and it was 89 yards, but Mike Smith threw the red challenge flag because he said he couldn't see it with the sun coming through the windows.

Buehler hit less than 79% of his field goals in college. What makes anyone think he's going to perform any better than Folk, who may be struggling currently but has proven that his ceiling is Pro Bowl caliber?

Is it really worth sitting Folk to activate your 46th best healthy player?

It's not like Folk is missing chip shots. I think the one against the packers was the shortest he's missed all year.
