Any update on OT Josh Ball?

Has the abuser been cut yet?

 

I don't think the Cowboys would draft a guy in the 2nd round, sign him to a contract, and then cut him unless there was some new evidence of abuse... do you?

 

It’s just a smart move and one bellicheck has been doing for years

Its an interesting question, and maybe someone more knowledgeable knows that answer.
Ive looked around, and have not seen a term limit for teams with IPP designations.

 

What do missed out mean?

The 7 players with the team last year and in this year's mini camp were UDFAs. All were on the practice squad except Vasher who was on NFI.

Ball was a draft pick.

 

He was activated for practice before the end of the season.

 

We have not been 'informed' about each player on the roster.

Ball was not eligible for the 2022 rookie mini camp.

 

Alarcon is exempt again this year.

 

Why would there be any news on Josh Ball?

 

That is why teams get multiple year exemptions for International players. It gives teams an incentive to develop them.

 

He was on IR in 2021.

NFL rules limit don't allow draft picks from previous years to be at rookie mini camp.

If the Cowboys thought Ball could not play they would have brought in a swing tackle in free agency. Stephen says Ball will compete with Steele for the right tackle spot.

 

Broaddus has been saying the same dumb crap over and over again. He said the Cowboys have questions about Dak too.
