Any word on possible Damien Wilson suspension?

I haven't been paying much attention. Are they investigating the matter? I couldn't see how he wouldn't get a near year long suspension for what he did. Season is right around the corner. Do you think he starts the season or will he be suspended before then?

He will get a minimum of 1 year if convicted. They have forwarded his case to the Collin county grand jury for decision. If not convicted, he will still probably get 6 games minimum. When will these players obtain some smarts and just stay home and out of trouble.

There is actual evidence in this case and a forthcoming admission of guilt. Going off of the NFL own track record when there is proof he is looking at 1 to 2 games....max. Lucky for Wilson there is real proof with his issue.

He's been suspended for the opener against the Giants. After that, the NFL plans to investigate.

Mara hasn't told Goodell about it but a decision should be coming in a week. It is believed that Mara is trying to get the whole team suspended for game 1. He is upset that Jerry is hall of gamer and he isn't. Said it should just be for players and coaches but not owners.

I'm kind of surprised that he wasn't placed on the NFL exempt(indefinitely suspended) list until resolution of the charges/case as they did with Greg Hardy and Adrian Peterson, could still happen since the regular season hasn't started yet...We don't know all the details of the event but it's never good when a gun is pulled and Damian Wilson pretty much admitted he had road rage on that day...

Might everyone hold up the the Wilson "evidence", latest is Wilson claims no gun was pulled and several witnesses have agreed with him. Also, as the story (and right now only a story), is that the guy and gal walked directly into the path on purpose. Yep, this will take a year to figure out. Several so called witnesses believe the two are scam artists that have done this before in the same parking lot. Still Wilson should have held him temper, he just made it worse.

Of course, Goodel will side with scam artist, seems like they are his relatives. Or maybe Mara's.

They will wait until the courts finish their hearings on both Carroll and Wilson. In their cases they were actually charged and arrested. This will most likely be after the start of the season. If before, then they too can appeal if they want, so that will drag it out for a while.

In Zeke's case, you know the one that he was rail roaded by the NFL, stemming from no charges or arrests. That is different, he is a free employe of the NFL for the NFL dictatorship to do as they please.
