A fan once caught fire at the stadium. It happened during the championship game between the Cowboys and Vikings in 1978.

Daniel Yoder's snowman costume caught on fire after he bumped into a flaming can of liquid fuel being used by a girl selling hot chocolate in the stands.

Yoder panicked and ran but he was wrestled to the ground by two other men who helped to put out the fire.

That one time a fan caught on fire during a Vikings game

by Adam Patrick4 months ago Follow @Str8_Cash_Homey

During the middle of the 1977 NFC Championship between the Minnesota Vikings and the Dallas Cowboys, a fan in the stands shockingly caught on fire.

After failing to come away with the franchise’s first Super Bowl win in the 1976 season, the Minnesota Vikings had the opportunity to get back to the big game just one year later. All the Vikings had to do was travel to Dallas and defeat the top-seeded Cowboys in the 1977 NFC Championship.
