Anyone else as excited for Luke Bryan and Lady Gaga playing this SB?

While I like the idea, I don't know that they could do it. I saw them at their HoF induction and they looked downright feeble. Shredding is a young man's sport.

Gaga was better than Luke. I think he gave a very forgettable performance

Gotta give her credit it was a good show.

She kept it mainly to the singing part of her skill, and displayed some real athleticism with that upside down turn, while suspended in the air....

Nice salute to America, and shout out to mom & dad. She's good enough that she doesn't need the cast of dancers, but in todays culture thats what many want to see....

In any case glad it wasn't a political rant, and more than that the game was a great one, minus our team being in it.

She started her act on top of stadium , so again who else is gonna do that?
Didnt care for her costume , and singing was ok, but the overall show was fun to watch.
I havent watched a SB halftime show since paul McCartney.

Glad to hear a positive response based upon a decent performance instead of so many presuming in advance that she'd bomb. I enjoyed the performance as well. Most of the reviews were positive in nature. It's tough performing for football fans who aren't necessarily inclined to be patient with anything causing a delay in their favorite sport. I think her singing and overall talent is considerably better than some in the older crowd give her credit for.

Well I like 2 of her songs, poker face, and bad romance.
In this instance, she was more focused on putting on a good show rather than singing the songs.
And it is a short show.
I liked the being on the roof, that shocked me, and was why they had to open it up.
That was all a first and she is not afraid of heights .

But the whole thing was entertaining. and I am older, and dont usually watch more than 30 seconds of a halftime show.
I watched mcCartney, and I think U2 did one ?

I would rather see her in jean shorts and t-shirt than the outfit she had on.
And then she had tattoo's , dont know why she would want those.
