Anyone think Washington has a chance this Saturday to upset Philly?

Eagles are reeling having lost 2 in a row

The first meeting was a close game and Washington blew a 2 score lead and the Eagles escaped with a 37-34 win. Took an overreaction by Jason Peters on a defensive lineman who put a good clean block on Nick Foles on an interception to fire up the team to fuel their comeback

Call me crazy, but I thought RG3 looked better on Sunday vs the Giants than he has in a long time.

DeSean Jackson might return to the lineup this week, and you know he'll be fired up to knock off his former team come Saturday if he has an opportunity.

An Eagles loss on Saturday, will put Dallas in position to clinch the division Sunday afternoon with a win vs Indianapolis.

With Philly playing the day before Dallas, the pressure is still on them to stay in the race.

What say everybody? Does Washington stand a chance?

They stand a chance just not a great one. Alfred does run MUCH better with RG3 starting so that's what I'm hoping happens

Sanchez has to have very little confidence right now after the last 2 weeks, so the Skins could absolutely dominate him and force a couple pick 6's, he has held onto the ball for a long time & the Skins will collapse the pocket around him forcing a couple strips & set their offense up for easy points. I definitely see the Commanders showing up against a division foe at home.

Of course they have a chance & I think they will win this game, meaning it's our time to clinch Sunday & rest team week 17.

If we win on week 16, we will be playing for a bye week 17. I don't know how much sitting of players will occur.

Skins quit at the end of the game this Sunday, is some talk around these parts (Cooley) that Gruden is starting to lose the locker room.

Before this last weekend, I'd have said no way in hell. Now I'm not so sure. Philly has been beat down two straight games. Sanchez has to be reeling, and maybe the rest of the team along with him. Washington has nothing to lose by playing loose and taking chances. I don't expect a Wash win, but I wouldn't rule it out.

Well they beat us, so yeah.

I wish that I could take solace in this but I cannot.

We lost to Washington because we beat ourselves, not because they did much of anything special.

Worst coaching job of the season by this staff. The players were a little full after eating the cheese.

Eagles win last 2 ,maybe even Foles come back. Cowboys split, go 11-5, miss playoffs, but we see a lot of them in the Pro Bowl!!!

I don't think Was has the O to go. And they are giving up 26 ppg. They are 26th on O at 18 ppg having scored only 257 pts. Not sure where the stats are for 10th on D. I'm sure they are likely 10th in something depending on how you figured it. But ppg sucks. Philly scores too much and their D isn't terrible giving up 25 ppg but they score 30 ppg.

TOs and big plays could turn that in Was' favor but unlikely. Not sure what will happen if you blitz Sanchez. IF we spread their D out and use screens and bubbles and quick hitters then we can destroy them. Garrett has to make Linehan open it up if teams stack the box.

Back OT then NY has a much better chance of outscoring them. Look for a close game there.
