Anyone think we would run the WCO

I don't think I really like the idea of that. Especially since our offense just got so good.

Certainly don't want to see Mariucci here as OC.

If I see dink-and-dunk after our secondary has their lunch handed to them by some third-rate quarterback, I won't even know what to do with myself.

Tony Romo would make a great WCO QB because of his mobility. When he took over his arm was compared to Tom Brady, but his overall skills were likened to Bret Favre. He also reminded me a lot of Jeff Garcia, Steve Young and even Joe Montana. All were prolific WCO QBs. I didn't hear one comparison to Aikman, Bledsoe, Warner, etc. the quintessential PPPs (pure pocket passers)...

Supposedly it also takes 3 years for a QB to thoroughly become comfortable/familiar with the WCO. I don't want to waste 3 years of Romo's life and that of our offense on such a change. Romo plays well in the offense we have and is fully comfortable with it. Why change? All we need is to upgrade our OL on the RG position and have viable backup (even if McQuistan is the answer at LT) at OT if either starter goes down.

Also think we need seriously upgrade Julius Jones position; I just don't think he carries out his end of our 2 person RB machine. Of course with Parcells' gone who knows how Jones will play.

We also need to groom our young WRs (don't know if Rector/Austin/Hurd have #1 talent) so drafting a young good looking WR might also be a possibility. But Colston of NO is an example of how you can find a great young talent in the 7th round so we certainly can't rule out either of our young, promising WRs just because they weren't drafted. Frankly I like all 3 but this year we will learn a lot more about the latter 2 with an offseason spent in our weight conditioning program which I assume will continue.
