Please provide your detailed rebuttal.

If we were to sign a bunch of vet minim contracts, it would have zero impact on the comp picks we are awarded.

size of contracts, playing time of the players signed, probably some other factors go into it. It is so much more complicated then what you claimed it to be.

hard to tell if your reply is genuine, but we used to have a poster that seemed to have a pretty good formula of how this worked. Adam would get the comp picks nailed fairly closely, and he gave us a little insight into how it all worked.

We're in the lead for the off season comp pick super bowl.
Murray 4th round
Parnell 4th round
Carter, Durant and Melton 6th round a piece.
Harris cancelled out by Collins.

ALL that means is ROMO is another year older...There is no silver lining to this so please dont spin it that way...MURRAY IS A HUGE LOSS and dont try and kid yourself that it isnt. This team was on to something last year and now??? AND here is the bigger question...what do you think this does to other free agents seeing how we treated MURRAY??
Hate to beat the horse. But 1 good season out of 4 doesn't equate to $42,000,000.00.

Do you not think the Cowboys have a solid option ready and planned to let Murray walk all along?
