How do people not know who Nzeocha is? The guy had one of the best combines of any LB at the draft. His SPARQ score was like a 98 or 99%.

edit: 95%

He ran a 4.77 at the Combine.

I don't really care about his straight line speed. At this stage, if he can take good angles and make tackles, it is a minor victory.

You guys do know what the eye test is right.? Wasn't saying a literal 5.2, just what he looks like on the field..

Why do people describe Nzeocha as 'raw'. He's more football experience than most rookies. Played extensively for 4 years in college. Has been playing football for a junior program attached to a professional team in Germany (GFL) since he was 13!!! How much more experience do people expect? Very few US players have been in a pro program at that age (European football is run like most European team sports - pro teams are allowed take in athletes at a young age).

Really raw but really athletic. The kind of guy who can make a wow play but also completely miss his assignment and cost you a touchdown.

I would find it hard to believe this coaching staff will trust him to play much.

Sounds like he'll fit right in on this great roster of depth we've been building thru the entire process.

Mark Nzeocha is a raw, athletically gifted player with upside. He is the Jeremy Parnell of Linebackers. Discuss.

(ducks).

I have NO idea what his real time is. My point was how slow he looked against NO in OT. Actually I think he looked slower than 5.2

He looked slow because he had no idea where to go or be, he isn't a slow player by any stretch.

I don't know what's worse, being a professional and not knowing your job, or being slow.

Yeah, it's not like he just ran out there not knowing the play called because someone got injured or something
