In my opinion, the Cowboys were America's Team...

but no one can replace them with that title. it's either we're winning and we're America's Team, or we suck and no one is america's team

so I voted for Dallas

I think I was on Sportingnews.com or something like that and I ventured into a screen that had a list of fans and thier favorite team.
Dallas had the most...something like 15000 Dallas fans.
New England was second at 11 or 12 thousand.
That says it all right there.

Dallas will forever be "America's Team"... No need to debate it, look at the polls taken throughout the years or the attendence numbers or TV ratings when they play a game.

Christ, not this **** again.

ah, the point is to get as many Cowboys to vote on the Skins board... what better way to rile them up than taking that poll in their back yard?

I laughed my *** off when i saw the results, on a Commanders board at that.

I bet Art deletes it before the evening is over.

OK - that thread has become officially funny, for several reasons.

(a) The Cowboys are running away with it - and that was not the OP's intent at all. The Cowboys have over 100 votes, next closest is about 15.

(b) Adam is throwing down on some poor soul that attempted to rationalize the Cowboys' highly rated games all as coincidence and for reasons other than just that the Cowboys were in them. Seriously, it was a murder.

(c) A Cowboys fan got banned for calling one of their moderators (who is almost exclusively always wrong) on being wrong about Tex Schramm inventing the America's team moniker and using it in advertising.

Oh, it's a show, fellas.
