Seems that contract took forever to negotiate and when it finally got done, the only member of the Jones family around was Charlotte to document the signing in front of the camera. You'd think it would have been a better deal but you're right, they overpaid.

Personally I like Dez, i think he adds alot of positive emotion to the club...but he is overpaid and is nothing more than a Jump Ball Receiver.

Ya'll do realize that if we got rid of Dez, our #1 is Beasley and we have 87 year old Witten.

Sure thats good for a few games if Dez is hurt, but I would rather take my chances with Dez. No matter what your personal level of denial is with this offense, if we even consider getting rid of Dez though, we have to draft a receiver decently high this year. We should be considering it regardless, we know we need defense, but every single pick shouldn't go there, that would be close minded and just plain dumb.

With as many holes that we have, I see no reason to create another one by getting rid of Dez.

I've been of the opinion that Dez should be traded even before they over paid him. So don't tell me I have ulterior motives for my opinion, dim wit. Now that the overpaid one is also under performing, I expect more folks to think as I did before he got his pay day.
