Are the Giants making the playoffs?

Since they beat us, and now they probably have a ton of confidence. Do you all think the Giants will make the playoffs? Is it possible that they pull another 2007 and have a huge upset over one of the favored teams? :banghead:

if they beat philly book their playoff appearance. they have MINN to close who will probably be resting #4.

too bad "mr fix it" doesn't have any sense of urgency or our team would have played 30 minutes of football in each half with full attention to details.

It's possible. For some reason they play they sometimes save their best for the Cowboys and then use that has a springboard. I sure hope not b/c it could easily be at our expense, seeing that they own the tiebreaker.

Hopefully Philly can beat this next week.

Yep.

They beat Philly and they have a pretty good shot at winning the division again.

I don't think the Giants make the playoffs unless Philadelphia wets the bed.

However, I can see Philly and NYG making it as Wild Cards if we finish up with the division, especially dependent on what happens tonight with Green Bay. Atlanta is pretty much done.

I think one way or another, every NFC East team except Washington makes the playoffs.

Nope, Gmen miss playoffs this year, unless both we and Packers fade.

Green Bay will be a wildcard and Philly is gonna win the NFCE. if the Gmen make it we won't.

Nope. They won't. They just won their Super Bowl for this season.

Philly will roast them next week. Philly will pull away with the division AGAIN. GB and NYG--who both own tiebreakers against us--will take the Wildcards.

Yeah this season definetly reminds of the 2006 in many ways. I could see all three teams making the playoffs this season. I think the Giants would be playing in Philly. We would host someone.

That is the scenario I see happining. I think the giants lose this Sunday, but will win the remainder of there games, including the Vikings game. The Vikings will have nothing to play for and rest there regulars, on the final game of the season.

I doubt it. They play like champs when they play us, but that's about it. They'll continue to suck now that that's out of the way.

Giants will go 10-6 (losing to Philly), unless Minnesota has something to play for, or Carolina or Commanders get a upset.

If we beat NO, and NO loses another game after it and Minnesota can get the 1st seed by beating the Giants, that is our best hope, as then they could knock the giants down to 9-7.

We need to sweep the rest of the games for a guaranteed Playoff spot, 10-6 will not be good enough with both GB and NYG having tiebreakers on us.

With the fire they displayed and the hard-headed approach they exhibited?

Yes!

And I would say they will go deeper into the playoffs than many think

If we beat the Chargers (Big if) we will likely still need to beat the Redstinks and Philly to assure a playoff spot.

why is it people always assume the other teams in the race with worse records than we have will win all of their remaining games?

Philly and NY play each other so they both can't win out. If we beat Philly and Was we should be in. If we win out we win the division. And Was is going to probably upset either Philly or NY. Let's hope so.
