Looking at the last 2 weeks...

Detroit looked great beating beat Minnesota
Chicago looked great beating Detroit
Washington beat Chicago

We squeaked by San Diego without Gates
Denver beat San Diego with Gates
Denver was crushed by Miami
Miami lost to the New York Jets (who looked horrible last week)

Are we overvaluing our win against San Diego and undervaluing Washington’s win over Chicago?

We might be but I don't think the team does. BP wouldn't let that happen.

Some fans may be.......I do not think the team will be taking the skins lightly at all.

As far as game played on the 11th and today: A win is a win and a loss is a loss, whether it be by 1 or 24 pts.........everything starts anew when the whistle blows the following Sunday.

Considering Parcells thought we had good, spirited practices this week, Im feeling very good

I could care less about the rest of the league

I like those....... I would be happy to have one of those every week as long as it's the Cowboys to the blowing out. It's sure easier on th old ticker. :D

How many defensive touchdowns did teh bears score today, If they score 1 against Washington this is a moot discussion.

BP will have them pumped doesn't matter if we are taking them too lightly or not.

Like somone up top said, we might be taking the skins lightly, but I know for sure Bill PArcells and the boys are not.

What I frear most is Drew Bledsoe. He had a good game against SD but can he keep it up?.

If you think the cowboys are going to just go in there and tear the skins up, then yes you are. Just like the biased skin fans who think the skins are going to dominate the boys. Most fans are very biased about something involving their team its always been that way probally always will.

However, theres nothing wrong believing youll win. Sadly dallas has beatin the skins in just about every way imagineable, and dallas does look like a superior team as of right now.

I think the game will be closer then alot of people think. The games outcome will depend mostly on the play of brunnell, dallas's oline and turnovers.

Tos always seem to affect these games. Brunell did pretty well against dallas last time, but how will he play this time around. Since dallas has a better defence and washington has faster wideouts. Also During most of the game during their last encounter washingtons Defence did pretty good at putting pressure on testeverde. How will dallas deal with the blitzes this time around?

At any rate it doesnt matter to much, you know BP and JG arent taking anything for granted. Well see who has what tommorow night, time to put up or shut up.

[sarcasm] OMG, OMG, OMG, we're gonna get crushed. I've got to get on the phone and renig on all my bets before it's too late. [/sarcasm]

P.S. Detroit beat Green Bay, not Minnesota.

I think everyone is overlooking one important fact. When we won last week, it didn't matter who we beat, the fact that we won was HUGE. We have a very talented group of young players, esp on Defense. If we had lost, their confidence would not be great going into MNF which makes them think to much and slows reaction time. Since we won, these young guys will be very confident and let their pure natural atheltic ability shine. So just the fact that we won is HUGE. No way the Commanders have the talent we have on either side of the ball, confidence will be the difference in this game. To many weapons for their defense to cover and to much talent on D for their offense to stop. I like our chances.
