Are we the most boring team, considering our offensive talent?

I really believe we are one of the most boring teams in the NFL. It's just Garret's personality and he will never change who he is.

Preseason was exciting to watch and gave me hope. Unfortunately, Garrett reverted back to who he is once the regular season started. It's frustrating to see play calling from teams like Oakland, Pittsburg, Arizona, etc...

I would rather lose big by "playing to win", than lose by a point by "playing not to lose". It's so frustrating and makes me sick knowing we'll go through another season like this. I just hope Garret doesn't get a free pass because of a rookie QB.

I'm not trying to over react as I know it's just one game. Unfortunately, Garrett is who he is and it appears impossible for him to change his style.

Oh well, at least I cancelled Sunday Ticket, which I usually get for non Cowboy games to watch our rivals lose. Direct TV wouldn't make a deal with me this year anyways ;)

I don't mind boring running smash mouth Football if we win lol But when we are dominating every aspect of a game except the scoreboard leaves us fans scratching our heads

It's a good tool to have but the NFL is about getting and not giving up big plays.

We dominated the Giants on TOP.. We didn't make big plays.. They did.

We're boring in the sense that we virtually run no trick plays. The actual playbook is about standard for a non-WC offense. And sometimes you're going to be a bit boring because if it works...why deviate?

The Garrett era has been marred with the simple fact that if an opponent can take away the deep pass, they have a great chance at beating us. We just refuse to figure out other ways to score a lot of points if the deep pass doesn't work. 2014 was the first time we had sense to actually run the ball to help open up the deep passing game. So now when teams take away the run and the deep pass, we're screwed.

Eh... I don't even get caught up in the trick plays.. I could care less if they are scrapped forever.

What I do care about is offensive designs that don't take advantage of the rules and don't get the ball in our superstars hands.

No.

Garrett is an innovative and brilliant offensive mind.
