He just said that Walsh's lawyers had shared the letters between the NFL and Walsh with him (Specter) and the tone of the letters was discouraging Walsh to come forward. He also said that it appeared that Walsh does have solid evidence of the Cheats filming the Rams just before the Superbowl.

Personally I wouldn't mind the idea of a petition by the fans asking for his resignation. Either he's too dumb or too crooked or both to be the commissioner of the league.
