Some of you probably read my previous post about Tony Romo in certain temperatures. I thought it was very interesting that there were such huge gaps in performance depending on what temperature it was during the games. A quick recap:

Cold (21-40)

QB Rating- 41.8
Touchdowns- 1
Interceptions- 4

Mild (41-60)

QB Rating- 84.7
Touchdowns- 24
Interceptions- 20

Warm (61-80)

QB Rating- 101.8
Touchdowns- 33
Interceptions- 17

Hot (80+)

QB Rating- 105.4
Touchdowns- 17
Interceptions- 4

Now, with that being said, do you guys think that Jerry Jones should have the stadium closed up during December with the AC at 75-80 degrees? Do you think it would have any affect on Romo's play?

I would, I would do my best not to let the weather affect the game. Why do you think Super Bowls are played either in warm weather cities or in dome's.

I'm not sure it's the temperature as much as the fact that the team fades as the season goes on. Obviously it's warm when they're winning, then by the time they start their annual fade, it happens to be winter time and Romo happens to be the QB. If the whole team is tanking, it's difficult for a quarterback to have good stats.

Right. And I use Romo's stats because they would be more indicative of how our team plays as a whole vs the stats of another player on our team.

I'm curious to see if maybe Romo just has trouble with cold weather.
