I'll tell you guys something... seeing the look on Jerry's face on the sideline after the game finished, you could see the gears turning in his head... he's thinking "what do we need to do to WIN these games." That and utter disgust, but I think we all had that one covered.

As pissed as I am right now, we can at least be assured that Jerry is going to have a sleepless night tonight in thought of how much we can kick the NFL's *** during the FA signing period and during the draft.

This is a tough one for Jerry. I thought he did a great job this offseason, until the guys he brought in to make the difference didn't uplift this team enough to win today!

He must be getting tired. He seems to try and correct any mistakes and fill any holes, but the last decade and a bit people just aren't getting it done. And IT'S not from lack of effort on Jerry's part. I think he probably spends 3X as much as any owner other than Snyder to give his team the best shot to win.

Parcells didn't get it done either!

Best post I have seen all night becuase its so true. Our Owner is great, could not ask anything else of him, but our GM does indeed suck. The Irony is truly beautiful.

But to be fair to JJ, we didn't have enough ammo to upgrade our CBs as well as our safties this off-season.

We got Hamlin, which was obviously great. He played a major role in our regular season success.

But even right up to our final roster, we had issues about all other CBs on our roster outside of Newman and Henry.

I think JJ tackles this problem this off-season (fingers crossed).

That's how I feel about Snyder. I would love him to hire a real GM, but if I were the owner, no way. I'd want to do everything myself because it would be such a dream.
