If ATL thinks Stefanski is better than Morris they are out of their minds. In fact, they made a mistake letting Morris leave. He's better than the guy they just hired. Falcons were playing well down the stretch. The players liked playing for him. What in the world are the falcons doing?

That decision to draft Pennix is why they fired the GM and coach. Nothing else. Especially after they signed Cousins to that big contract. Talk about betting your career on one player.

To date, Pennix can't stay healthy. Plus the few times I've seen him, he's erratic. Cousins might be who they roll with out of default. Then we're playing well down the home stretch. Maybe they can draft well and have a good year. But my Lord, Kevin Stefanski? That's Matt Ryan's solution? Lol. I'm of the opinion if this was going to be the hire, your better off staying status quo with Morris. This new hire is going to prove to be a mistake. A set back. Wasting the talent.

That's my point why get rid of Raheem Morris if you're gonna keep the entire defensive staff and whatnot you should have just rolled with it one more year Then cleaned house in twenty twenty seven if it didn't work out..

That's just my opinion I don't watch the Falcons that much but if you're only going to go half measure why do it at all and with this guy?

Isn't this a similar mistake the Raiders just made it cost them $60 million tom Brady gave them bad advice they hired the wrong staff they had a odd draft to what their needs were and picked a running back too high and now fired everyone shouldn't that have been a message to the league?

And they get it quick as if Stefanski was going to be like gone soon like they couldn't take more time to think about it?.

Remember you can trade for Murray and Tua. No matter the issues they have. I would consider them solid options with Atlanta’s offensive talent.

Stefanski is almost ten years younger than Schottenheimer and his resume is light years ahead of “Schotty’s”. Brian Schottenheimer is not a “retread” because no team except for the Cowboys was ever stupid enough to make him a head coach. And he’ll never be a retread.

He might be the best choice for Atlanta because of the QB situation there.

Stefaniski managed a bunch of QB shuffling on multiple occasions with Cleveland to some very respectable wins.

While Penix is still recovering and Cousins still under contract, Stefanski might be the best man to get the most out of Cousins for Atlanta to succeed until their future QB situation is sorted out.

He’s under contract to Cleveland for the 2026 season. If he does not prevail as the team’s new head coach he may or may not be the new head coach’s choice as DC. If Schwartz asks to leave he certainly is not going to do it for less than the Browns have to pay him now.

Would you think he’s paid significantly more than Schottenheimer? Might be too rich for Jerry.
