James needs to save his emasculation of QBs for when they are on the field. All James had to do to shut Kitna up was to hit him (even ONCE) but he never got close, neither he nor Newman (both were the butt of Kitna's criticisms and both promised a reckoning) did anything of note against Detroit.

Part of that is most likely the letter that I believe was sent to the Cowboys before the game, in relation to Newmans comment about having "15, 20, 25 thousand" available for any fines.

At that point they were probably told to just lay off. Who knows.

That still does not explain why they were not at their best for that game.



Their manhood was essentially called out and they responded most unimpressively.

Eh well, if calling players out always worked I'm sure JJ would be paying the other teams to trash talk us every week.
