your act is old.
There are alot of people's acts that are old. It's a discussion board and no one's opinion is greater than anyone else's on here, no matter what they post.

The ignore feature is a great tool that I really wish some people would use. And lately, it's the same people going on and on in almost every thread. If a person bothers you that much, then put them on ignore.

Come on guys, chill out.

Now as far as what Bradie James said, I just wish he would keep it "in house".

In fact, I wish all the players would keep everything "in-house" and not air dirty laundry to the media.

Thats all........carry on.

This is the part of the interview that is so discouraging to me:

Just makes me shake my head. If you want to be a leader, just do it. Don't wait for permission.

I disagree.

As far as players, there is only so much...so many things I can do, you have to be backed up by coaches and people in high positions. If I go and get in somebody's face and if they feel like they won't be fined then it really doesn't matter.

In this quote by Bradie James, he is literally stating that the Coaches and Front Office lacked accountability and didn't back the "leaders" on the team when they would try to enforce discipline. He is basically saying, why the heck should I continue to get into someone's face and enforce discipline when the Coaches and Management won't back me up?

Terence Newman intimated the same thing on ESPN First Take several months ago. He stated that there was a huge lack of "accountability" in the Coaching Staff.

Furthermore, both Jerry Jones and Wade Phillips have already substantiated the claims made by Bradie James here and what Terence Nemwan stated by stating right after the season was over that they had to "get tougher"..

What is troubling is that just a mere 2 years ago, Jerry Jones had literally front row seats to watch Bill Parcells, one of the most admired "football" guys in the NFL show the him how to run a football organization for 4 years. As stated, 2 years after Bill Parcells has left the Organization, Jerry Jones is already begging Dan Reeves for help.

This part I don't agree with. I think it's strictly a PR move. As a consultant, what can Reeves really do? He has no power to implement change, only suggest solutions.

I think pretty much anyone whose objective can tell you what's wrong with this team. Namely, that those things which are so important, things like chemistry, accountability, structure and discipline are not that important.

That as long as you have talent, it will supercede all that. And we have talent. Just ask almost anyone on the team and they will tell you how talented we are.

I do agree with the rest of your post about Bradie, however, which essentially backs up my point.

You could be right.

It would be a shame if Jerry Jones brings Dan Reeves in and doesn't listen to a word that he says.

However, Jerry Jones stated that he had to get "tougher" and Martellus Bennett was one of the first victims of this new policy, so there may be a new Sheriff in town.

You disagree?

Maikeru-sama, what you quoted is what James stated in the snippet I took from the original audio. Did you listen to the audio I cropped from the original sound clip?
