seeing the kind of diva and *** that Rice really was........I wonder if TO would be acting the way he currently does, had Irvin been his mentor instead of Rice?
IMO, Irvin would have shown TO the right way to be a leader, a motivator, to inspire, to practice, to be a big time WR, and to no sell your teammates and QB down the river. He would have also showed him how to be humble and sacrifice personal goals for the overall success of the team.
