When I heard that I laughed. Then I cried. Then I shook my head.

It wouldn't be surprising. After watching Jimmy for 4-5 years Jerry thought he could be Jimmy when it came to personnel and building a team. That turned out to be a dismal failure.

After suffering three straight 5-11 seasons and desperately bringing Parcells here to fix things, I'm not surprised if Jerry thinks he learned enough from BP to do it himself. It's his M.O. - watch someone else and then think he's learned enough to do it himself. The only problem is he's a fake and it shows.
