Back up QBs - a double question

IF Brad wasnt our backup who out of the current list of active backup QBs would you choose???

Secondly, with the current consensus being that Brad will start, does Rmo still put the pads on and be ready or are we comfortable with Bollinger coming in if something should happen to Brad??
