again he was doing a bit, he was playing a part and having fun with it I believe. The only honest thing I think that he said was the first comments about thinking zeke is really arrogant.

You're entitled to your opinion of course. But an employee for a league being sued for player injuries should know better than to advocate players injuring each other. He, or anyone making excuses for him can call it 'an act' all they want, it didn't come across that way when I heard it, and likely won't if and when someone from the league listens to it either.

I really hope that is not the case and people can be realistic about this. I imagine he does this kind of thing a lot on that radio show.

Some radio guys make a living out of it. The key difference being that they're not employed by the league trying to improve player safety, are they?

There's plenty he can say to express his disdain for the Cowboys and to encourage a tough, physical game.

He crossed the line.

well thats fine. let them go to the 97.5 website and listen to the show. I just simply don't want any part of it. I just threw the video together so all of us cowboys fans could listen and get a little more excited for the game (is that possible?) I guess its easy to forget how quick stuff gets around

this is the mans career though and he was having fun I believe and I really hope nothing comes of it other than overly excited cowboys fans at the stadium.

Happy to hear you are worried about his career, do you afford the same concern for players who get booted for an entire year for smoking pot?

I do I think that is insane. its a much different issue but no I do not think players should be suspended for that long for smoking pot. I bet 10% of the fans in every stadium are sitting in their seat after getting high in the parking lot on Pot/Beer/alcohol.

but again I do not think baldinger deserves any punishment or anything.

thats fine and I really do not care if he is or isn't but I do believe just because you may be perceived as that you do not deserve to lose your job.

Where did anything get "turned around"? These are the man's own words, direct quotes. He said it, nobody's fabricating anything.

How about a player's career? What about Zeke Elliott's career? The guys he's campaigning for the Eagles to injure? Maybe both he and you should think more about that side of things? Not attacking you here bud, just pointing out a bigger picture.

Is he still on NFL Network?

And if he is, should he be? What he said is completely over the line.
I think it's just his negative attitude of Dallas..

they let him go years ago and has a chip on his shoulder.

These announcers compete with one another every week..

they need ratings and to be heard so they sometimes say controversial things.

I'm not concerned..

The officials will be looking and will eject players for such behavior..

This is a different era..

but it surely let's you know this went on in the past.

Anyone who thinks its ok for a league employee to campaign for injuring a player is wrong.

The more I think about it...I think the odds are at least 50-50 he gets fired.

The league has massive exposure to litigation surrounding concussions and injuries.

Well, you knew exactly what site to submit it to. One that is itching to post an article like that. Not even one whole level above TMZ

Baldinger started his pro career in Dallas and it ended in Philly. Is that like going from the penthouse to the outhouse?
