* Private Showing. Only by happenstance. My wife and I were walking the Red Butte Garden in Salt Lake City back in 2018. As we were walking around I could hear a band playing in the background. Finally made our way up this trail and it opened up to an amphitheater. I realize it's Toad The Wet Sprocket and they were practicing (they had a concert later that weekend). We walked in and you could see a couple security guards look at us and then look at each other. One runs over and blocks the trail we came up. They meet up again and chat and one walks our way. I'm ready for him to boot us. He kind of gives us this smile and says "enjoy". So my wife and I sat in the grass, in an empty amphitheater, and watched Toad The Wet Sprocket play. Was a very cool experience.

There are a number of others I can't remember off the top of my head. Doesnt help there are two music festivals yearly here were I live, local radio station puts both on every year. I have been going to them for years with friends and my wife, been going to concerts since I was 17, am 38 now lol. Also does going to the symphony count as a concert? Gone twice lol

I was 16 when I bought this album... Over 50 years ago...

I saw Deep Purple on their Machine Head tour and I saw Jethro Tull on their Thick As A Brick tour.

Wow, you saw them at their peak popularity. I once saw Ten Years After in Bangor, Maine - if anyone even knows who that was…lol. My first concert at 14 was Jimi Hendrix in Lewiston, Maine. My friend’s older sister said he was this guy who could play guitar with his teeth and she took us. And he did !

I’ve seen HUNDREDS of legends, but I’m still jealous! You saw Hendrix! Kudos!
