We know dallas doesn;t have aot of money to spend. They will free of some more money one way or the other, but either way they wont have much to spend.

here are a few players I hope we might look at.
DT Henry Melton of course but wouldnt be happy unless its a prove it deal. Only one great year then torn ACL. He wants multiple year big money then let him keep walking.

LB Wesley Woodyard
LB Adam Hayward
DE Robert Ayers
DE Willie Young
DE/DT Alex Carrington
DE/DT Matt Shaugnessy
DE Corey Wootten
FS Major Wright
FS Chris Clemons
FS Nate Allen
OG/C Rich Ohrnberger
WR Jacoby Ford
WR Jocoby Jones
WR Brandon LaFell
WR Denario Alexander
CB Charles Tillman
CB Zach Bowman
CB Nolan Carroll

Any other player you guys like to see that might be bargain hunts.

Melton had two good years back to back...

Nobody with his pedigree is signing a prove it deal

I would like anyone being signed with the last name Ayers/Woodyard/Tillman/LaFell/Ford out of that list.

Hayward, Ayers, Carrington and Wright would be on my radar.

I would stay away from Tillman completely.

I'd kick the tires on Davin Joseph alongwith Chris Clemons if he's cut from Seattle. Picking up players that others dropped doesn't count against us as far as comp picks, so I'm all for trying to gain extra picks in every draft.

Woodyard is interesting to me. Could be a huge upgrade.

He interests me as well, although I'm not at all sure whether we're thinking of him in terms of replacing Carter or simply serving as insurance in the event he continues to falter on the weakside. Woodyard is quite highly regarded in Denver. He'd more than likely be an outstanding acquisition for us if his contract requirements prove to be compatible with our modest affordabilities.

He was making $3 mil in Denver before his release. The guy is ideally suited to man the WLB spot but was being used at MLB. If Bruce Carter doesn't demonstrate much improved performance in camp, it wouldn't be surprising if Woodyard were to replace him in a hurry. As you may have noticed, I'm harboring high hopes we welcome Woodyard into the fold ASAP. He'd be a great addition.

Oh heavens no.

He did well in that roll with Cincinnati before the shoulder issue. He's not a guy you pay a whole lot, but his ability to play multiple positions makes him a good addition for a team desperate for depth.
