Woodyard-better than any option we have to play the weakside

Brandon Browner-only gets paid for 8 weeks of 2014 due to suspension, could be a depth guy for when Claiborne gets hurt again.

Davin Joseph- 2 years removed from major injury may be able to bounce back, will be a cheap alternative to Waters.

Henry Melton- he's gonna be cheaper than most think on the open market, his injury and off the field problem will drive the price down.

Corey Wooton- played his best year under Rod in 2012, only 27 years old.

Ziggy Hood- kind of a lackluster career in Pittsburgh but we all know Rod could change him around.

I don't think Nicks is gonna be any cheaper than Waters. Although he has said he doesn't mind signing a prove it contract.

Schwartz definitely isn't going to be cheap....have seen contract estimates in the 7m per year range.

Interesting list.

Joseph was really good at one time.

I expect to see some ex Bears players signed. Coaches like to have some of their guys when they go to a new team.

Hood might be miscast in Pitt. He has the build of a 4-3 DT not a 3-4 DE.

Yeah. I expected that last season with Idonije and Amobi Okoye on the market. Nick Roach was available, too, wasn't he?

Is there any reasons behind health concerns that we shouldn't be all over Nicks?

Even when he has been healthy in Tampa he hasn't played particularly well. Obviously that might be due to injuries. If you are convinced he is healthy, he is worth a prove it type deal in my eyes.
