Basically, all I want is...

an aggressive offense and an aggressive defense next year.. I don't care who the head coach or defensive coordinator or ballboy is.. whoever we hire for those positions, all i want is some creativity and aggressiveness.. we have the talent and the playmakers.. i think we have not used them to the best of their abilities (Roy in the box, TO on slants, Ware passrushing more).. basically, this is all i care about:

1. aggressive offense and defense
2. creativity
3. turning the players loose and letting them make plays

whoever is calling the shots, if they do these things, we should be fine.. we have the talent.. let's just get out there and play..

Aggression is what I like. I'd rather send 7 and 8 guys getting in the QBs face and have a corner get beat deep, then dropping back in a base cover 2 and getting disected all day.
