I was thinking that this was a lot like that Commanders game ...

To go from being carted off the field one week to making THE PLAY on defense the following week is a remarkable story that we could not have written any better.gmb85;3159323 said:Thank the Lord for Demarcus Ware. Wow. What a heroic performance.

Could not be happier that I was wrong, and with such an outstanding game. I do wonder however, if the Saints took us for granted, or let's say "dead", like we do w/ a lot of teams, and did not fully prepare.
At any rate, we must not get too giddy because the game next Sunday is not going to be in a dome, but in the cold and snow against a team that is very physical: Not as much finesse as the Saints. If we can win the last two I think I may start to actually believe we can win a PO game, but it all depends on wether or not this team is going to play hard.
But again, a Great, Great win...
To be honest, I was so shocked he missed one that short, I didn't have time to think about the possiblity of the Saints tying the game. I'm still in disbelief he missed it. 24 yards? Are you kidding me?jacks1;3159312 said:Be honest, how many thought we'd lose after Shankapotumus misses?
It's odd. Nick Folk in high school probably would have made that.Scranton Tiger;3159386 said:To be honest, I was so shocked he missed one that short, I didn't have time to think about the possiblity of the Saints tying the game. I'm still in disbelief he missed it. 24 yards? Are you kidding me?
