Jason Witten??? Sorry, but he is over Frederick. I love Frederick, but Witten is a Hall of Famer still playing at an pro bowl/all pro level.

Uh, no.
Witten may be a Hall of Fame player, but right now, he isn't better than Frederick.
Ask yourself the question, if it's between Witten and Frederick - just on play alone and not any sentimental feelings about past accomplishments and what one means to the image of the team - who would you want?

Me? I take Frederick. He has stabilized the center position, a position where we need a stable young and talented influence.

Is this a serious question? If we acquired Aaron Rodgers or JJ Watt today, they would be our best player.

Yes, it's a serious question. And "No" they wouldn't be our best player because they haven't played for us. Their potential or talent mean nothing if they never suit up for us.

Rolando Mcclain had a huge impact last season. Sure he slowed down but he's my #5 ahead of the bearded one. I would even say a healthy Lee as well.

I'm sorry, but I can't put oft-injured players in the "best player" category. Most talented member of the football team? Yes. Best player? No.

Being a "best player (emphasis on "player") assumes one is playing. If you're not playing the majority of the games, how can you be the best player?

I'm glad we signed Ro and felt he had a major impact on the defense and on the team. But he didn't play the majority of the plays or the game, so his impact was not as Frederick's impact was on the team. Therefore, I can't say he is better than Frederick. Same for Lee. I can't even put Lee in the conversation. He can't be a "best player" if he spends most of his time on the bench.

Romo, Dez, Martin, Hardy, T. Smith for me.

Hardy is easy to leave off based upon suspension however.

The Eagles best player is Fletcher Cox IMHO, and I don't think it is close.

Order is not relevant on this list.

I disagree. My opinion has nothing to do with past accomplishments. Witten was the best TE in football last year, if you don't just consider TEs big WRs. He is arguably the best TRUE TE ever. I would rather have Berny and Witten than Frederick and Escobar... This is just like the Murray/Romo debate from last year. Yeah, Murray may have looked like he was the MVP, but what combo would you rather have had: Weeden and Murray, or Romo and Randle? Again, this isn't even a "5 most important players" it's 5 best and I think Witten is better than TFred. If this was a "for the future" it is obviously a different discussion.

No way Jason witten isn't in our top 5 players. Guys the second best tight end ever and he's not in our top 5 players. Ummmmm

He's the best. Gonzales was a WR. He literally did nothing but catch passes for teams without a WR. Witten has played with multiple HOF, All Pro, and Pro Bowl recievers and still got his. On top of actually doing the duties of a TE. Of course nobody will ever recognize this, but if we are talking best TIGHT END and not best pass catching TE, it has to be Witten, or at least NOT Gonzales...

For the Commanders I would say Chris Baker over RG3

The Jets?? How how is Jason Babin in there? I mean they are bad but not that much, probably Brandon Marshall should be in. The Raiders I think Carr,Hayden or maybe Moore are better now than a 40 year old Woodson.

Jets are not that bad at all. Whoever put their players in there are the ones that are bad lol. Jets defensive line is ATLEAST top 3 in the league. They had a very solid draft as well.
