Benson Mayowa: What did they see?

Whether it was the scouts, Rod, or whoever....how is this the 1 guy they scouted and hand pick to acquire from another team at DE? He's played a lot of snaps and has the 1 sack of Eli stumbling into him to show for it. He just doesn't show a burst or enough strength to be affective in my opinion. We need to see a lot more of Irving and a lot less of Benny.

Yep, evidently, there's not much to lose by making a change -- it's not like Mayowa is tearing up the league or anything. I think Jack Crawford is another who might prove more effective than him as well. Marinelli will be watching film and experimenting more this week. Good luck with that.

Yeah, they didn't wanna beat that 3 year 8 mill offer. That is kinda much for his level of play. He's more like a 875k-1 mill a year player.

He is also a complete liability against the run.
