i have family who go to this sort of thing - and sci-fi con. last year they went to Scotland for one - me, I'm in Scotland, I'm going to see the sites - in particular, I'll have some, what is it called, oh yeah, Scotch. They didn't have time, because the convention went all week and they didn't want to miss anything. LLLLLLL

That's funny as hell! Me and my wife go every year (as press) and it's one hell of an event. The costumed folks are not as numerous as one may think.
