Detroit is not that bad at 4-5. We know how close Dallas is to being 4-5 (two plays). Dallas stole one, but they need to get down to business. No injuries on Monday is good news. If Dallas beats Detroit as planned they will be 7-3, playoff bound, and Denver is just Thanksgiving gravy.

Agreed. We almost lost this one b/c we didn't come out ready. We need to be ready for Detroit. They definitely have weapons on offense.

Enough things went wrong in this Philly game for Parcells to grind them into the ground. Trust me, this is one week you wont have to worry bout a let down. Hopefully all the rust has been blown off and we will be ready to play Sunday. But we wont look lethargic against the Lions. I would wager my pet cat on that.

Provided Henry is back and Harrington plays, I'm not as concerned about this as I have been in recent games.

The WRs scare me a little, but Detroit can be blitzed effectively, and their D isn't really equipped to deal with what we can do on Offense.

Personally, I see big games for Julius and Witten.

God.....7-3.

Really?

I agree, Dallas played bad enough lastnight that Bill will be on them this week.

If we don't beat detroit by more than 10 points i will be concerned, especially if the offense struggles again....I don't see it happening though. The win last night is the type of victory that propels a team to even greater things. We are firmly in control of our own destiny now and can seize control of this division with games against the midgets (who've we've already beat at home) and the deadskins.

Really, I think this is our "must win" game. A home game against a weak team.

This is the last "gimme" on the schedule. We've got to destroy these guys.

The good thing about winning ugly is that you are less likely to carry a chip into the next game.

The Boys got thier collective butts whooped last night on both sides of the line of scrimmage.

I doubt very seriously that they are brimming with over confidence right now. They dodge a bullet.

And if they forget....thier coach will remind them

I actually think Last night was the trap game, BP will definately have the cowboys ready to play sunday. Thursday is the game I'm worried about though. We'll have to play a mistake free game and force Jake Plummer to make mistakes to win.

We will clearly have to do a better job at stopping the run. Denver has actually ran the ball more times than they have thrown the ball this year which has helped Plummer quite a bit. This is going to be a good challenge for the Cowboys

After a win this emotional, we cant have a letdown against the mediocre Lions. Its the easiet game we have left and cant afford to fall to Detroit.

I'm not:

1: Detroit is a conference foe, which after head to head and division records is the tiebreaker for playoff spots. Considering we may very well split with Washington, NY, or both, we need the divisional wins.

2: Denver is an AFC team, does not factor into tiebreakers like Detroit does

3: Its alot easier to play well against a team you know will take your best game to beat.
