I know, embrace the hate; just don't watch, etc, etc. But from an analytical standpoint, which media people are the biggest Cowboys haters? Watching some of the analysis programs today, it just seems like there are a few people out there who are just downright unfavorable towards the Cowboys organization. I'll get it started:

1. Ron Woodson
2. Brian Baldinger

Rod Woodson always comes to mind first. He's still pissed about us beating him in the Super Bowl in 96.

These come to mind:

JJT, Cowlishaw, Stephen A. Smith, Michael Wilbon, and Sal Poalantonio

They all **** me off and force me to change the channel/close the window.

I don't think there is a single media outlet or person left that hasn't been called for "bias"

Baldinger isn't picking us this week, but he's given the cowboys their due when it's deserved.

But despite BSPN's obvious bias, I'd say the writers at Dallas Morning News are the most bias against the Cowboys.

Chris Berman is the most anti-Dallas Cowboy person in the world. In addition to being an annoying fat ****.

You have to remember that for years and years the Cowboys beat the snot out of whatever teams these guys played for/covered. It's no wonder they are bitter. :lmao2:

Ironically i think Joe Theisman has a grudging respect for Dallas, he doesn't pile on when they're down and praises them when they're good.

Sterling Sharpe is respectful as is Terry Bradshaw.

:laugh2:
Bradshaw hates Dallas.
He despises Tony Romo
and has nothing but contempt for the Cowboys Organization.

That's not really true. I've heard he actually loves Dallas. He was a Cowboys fan growing up and he's always been complimentary of Romo.

Just because he was a Steeler back in the day doesn't mean he hates Dallas. He's not a big fan of the Steelers organization, for whatever reason.

Locally speaking, Goose Gosselin of the Dallas News. He's on the radio with Norm Hitzges pretty regularly and can barely bring himself to say a good word about the team. At least he makes himself useful (for his great draft coverage), which is more than can be said for other DMN writers.

Easy answer, the HOF voters who keep stonewalling players like Cliff Harris and Chuck Howley and Drew Pearson while at the same time voting in lesser contemporaries like Roger Werhli, Elvin Bethea, and John Stallworth.

FWST, easily. FWST has to compete with DMN, so in order to do that they will say anything negative against the Cowboys to draw in readers. It's beyond blatantly obvious.

Most of ESPN is anti-Cowboys. Particularly Jaws, Eric Allen, Lenny P, John Clayton...ALL of whom have publically ADMITTED to hating Dallas while being employed in Bristol. I guess you could go with Mr. Blue Suit, but he's looking for camera time and the best way to get that is to have a story in regards to controversy in Dallas, even if it calls for blatant twisting of the truth. My guess with him this year is eventually he'll come up with a story about Romo or Witten making a remark about Owens and twist it into another Owens vs. Witten/Romo feud even though Owens is in Buffalo now.

A lot of these guys are not so much anti-Dallas as they are vendetta driven. Peter King is a perfect example of this in Minnesota. Favre was his snitch for years, so he loved Favre. Favre kept telling him he was going to retire, it finally made King feel like an idiot, now he's gone so anti-Favre that SI even made note of it on the cover that they would have no Brett Favre talk in an issue of the magazine.

That's what I feel about somebody like JJT. He's not well liked by the players, so he comes up with half-cocked opinions, theories and 'analysis' about the team. He has that 'Peter King syndrome' when he was pro-Parcells until Parcells lied to him and retired and then he became anti-Parcells. Not because of Parcells' coaching ability, but because he told him one thing and changed his mind.

It's also a well known secret amongst the local media and flubs like Mr. Blue Suit that Jerry will always give more time to his critics than he will his supporters, so that promotes guys to criticize him more. So a lot of it is Jerry's fault. Still doesn't make it right.
