If so, he would probably be one of the more powerful assistant OL coaches in the history of ever.

All I can see are facts.

Fact is, Pollack has been fully in charge of an NFL OL in two places, Oakland and now Dallas. One was a colossal flop, the other has talent but is not achieving to previous levels.

It is not that hard to figure out.

Wasn't he in Houston too?

What's it going to be then, eh?

He probably ran more of the OL in 2013 when Callahan was the OC. Wait our line was inconsistent then too.

That's very possible. But something tells me neither Tyron Smith (biceps in camp) and Zack Martin (stinger in camp) are 100 percent. And maybe, just maybe, Tony Romo's mobility hides some of the pass protection woes. Two plays from 2014 illustrate my theory- Romo eluding JJ Watt against Houston and converting that 3rd and 20 against Seattle when Bruce Irvin had him dead to rights.

A small sample size, I know, but something's clearly wrong.

Is Bill Callahan's departure the reason for the o line struggles? I don't see the big holes like last year.

YES
Callahan leaving and out FO not realizing that running the ball required a real RB are huge issues affecting this team
