Bills fire HC McDermott

I'm a bit torn. I kind of agree with you but then I think it has generally been more about the composition of the roster and lack of quality. Reminds me of the Packers failing Aaron Rodgers. It's not as if Mcdermott has butched loaded rosters.
The best roster he had under his control only had to hold the Chiefs for 13 seconds and he couldn't do it. This was perhaps the least talented defense he had. And that's supposed to be his strength. And if memory serves me correctly, didn't McDermott bring the G.M. with him to Buffalo, not the other way around?

...similar situation we had with McCarthy. Cant get it done in post season.

ONly Mcdermott has been more consistent. I dont see HOW they will find better coach.

Some teams care about winning. No reason to waste more years doing the same old thing. And then there's us.
Waste? Annual contention is what everybody strives for, winning the Superbowl isn't a simple matter of linear progression until you curb stomp everybody in the league, there's a ton of luck involved with injuries and just sheer competition. Who knows what is going on with the front office relationship, but to quit on that kind of repeated success is goofy. We haven't sniffed that kind of success in decades!

This is all on Josh Allen. Please don't anyone say this guy is better than Dak. Maybe equal at best.
Imagine a QB having a bad playoff game who carried the team all season was pounded and still put 30 points up and lost in OT on a bad call, Dak he just flat out disappeared in most PO games. There no owner GM HC OC or fan who would take Dak over JA including you unless you’re delusional

9 years of nothing to show for it with a HOF QB. Can't compare other organizations with ours. Our FO isn't serious about winning.

Actually Pittsburgh seems perfect for McDemott the only problem is the QB is 42 and where they draft not sure help is on the way .
