Annual contention is what everybody strives for, winning the Superbowl isn't a simple matter of linear progression until you curb stomp everybody in the league, there's a ton of luck involved with injuries and just sheer competition. Who knows what is going on with the front office relationship, but to quit on that kind of repeated success is goofy. We haven't sniffed that kind of success in decades!
