***Blame the coaches thread***

I blame coaches because the skins blitzed all game and no screens or draws that would slow it down

The sugar blitz has killed us 5 years in a row, but they won't fix the interior.

They aren't smart enough to figure out its a problem.....

I'd talk to Gruden..I have a feeling he is at least smart enough to manage the clock better & make smarter choices.

Jason just seems like he's in a fog out there.

I doubt anything changes though.

Chan Gailey got shown the door after back to back playoff births. Garrett just coached his way to back to back 8-8, fail to make the playoffs on the last game of the year seasons, but he's a lock to stay?

Jason Garrett as a combined HC/OC is a high school science experiment. A FAILED high school science project. What does it take for people to see this? Seriously? What does it take? An I.Q. higher than 30?

No kidding. All these people blaming Romo when we wouldn't have even sniffed the playoffs without him. We were so much better on offense when we fell behind and Romo took over the offense it isn't even funny. Jerry has got to hire a real OC for next year.

Yeah.. Romo choked it up Bigtime but he is the reason we're not drafting top 3.

We just can't stay status quo with this offensive design.

We've done nothing all year to help our oline out. They get hung out to dry.

I agree 100% but don't hold your breath. I'm pretty much just going to ignore the off-season this year. I've paid far too much attention for the last 20 plus years and it's done nothing but piss me off. We're a broken organization. No one can argue otherwise.

That is what happens when you sign a guy like Livings, who barely started in Cincy, and Berny, who didn't start in Carolina. Mix that in with scrubs like Costa and Cook as your starting Centers, and there you go. We went cheap (aggressive as some people on this board would say) and it cost us. The sugar blitz has killed us 5 years in a row, but they won't fix the interior.

This is a big part of the problem.

Enough with Norv Turner. He sucks, I dont care what he did in the 90s.

29th in offensive yardage, 27th in rushing yards, 19th in points (FEWER POINTS THAN US FOLKS) 26th in the redzone (WORSE THAN JASON FOLKS)

Dude is a career loser. You think he is going to sort out Jasons mess? Hell no, he is responsible for a similar mess.

About a month or so ago, Troy Aikman was asked point-blank on the Ticket who he thought the best OC in football was and he said Norv Turner without hesitation. But you must know better

Troy Aikman big upping one of his pals? So surprised. The stats speak for themselves.

So Norv was a miracle worker in SD just to get that awful roster to perform like it did?

What do screens and draws mean?

Norv Turner is good but his style of offense isn't the future.

We got beat buy a team tonight because they design plays that fit their players strength and make the defense have to think.

We're going to be a middle of the pack team as long as JGs offense is intact.

Of course Norv Turner is a good OC.

Was he any better when he was just an OC?

Just ignore the fact that the offense he put together is at the bottom of the league in nearly every measurable team offensive statistic. What matters is what he did in 93 with one of the best rosters ever assembled.

He's a good OC. You're just wrong if you think otherwise.

I'm busier than a one legged man at a butt-kicking contest right now, but if you care to site your stats, I'll be happy to come back and explode them when I've got more time.
