Bledsoe couldn't start for either of these overated Super Bowl teams.

We'll have to have the best defense of all time to win with Bledsoe at quarterback.

The QBs played like crap.

While I doubt they'd prefer the older Bledsoe neither guy was anywhere near good. Bledsoe can play like that and has many times. Thats not a compliment.

i totally disagree.
But I will say that both Hasselback and Roth would have worse stats and fewer wins than Bledsoe with our offensive line as it was this year.

I DISAGREE with your assessment.

Where is this nonsense coming from? Did you not WATCH the game? Both 'small' ben and hassle-sack looked atrocious for most of the game. Even 'small' ben, who's team won I might add, likely finished with a horrible QB Rating. The only good thing he did right was get a questionable TD running the ball.

I'm just not sure I understand why you think Studsoe wouldn't have fared any better than these two average QB's that played tonight.

I'm all in favor of having the best defense of all time, regardless of who plays QB.

This Super Bowl easn't exactly a showcase for great quarterbacks. I feel just fine with Bledsoe.

9-21 123 yards 0 tds 2 picks

you might be hard pressed to find a worse passing line for a winning SB QB.

This Superbowl convinced me that Bledsoe will never win a Superbowl. How many times did I see the QBs by time by moving around.

Bledsoe would have been sacked at least five times. I dont believe you have to have a running QB, but you can not have someone under center who you know exactly where he will be standing one second after the ball is hiked and no chance of moving from that spot.

How many times did you see them back there folding up the picnic blanket?

Honestly. Where does this stuff come from.

Please fellas, enlighten us as to how Julius, Witten, Roy and Henry would of worked out for you. I bet Tucker would of been man-handled and Petitti would of given up 47 sacks.

Geez.

First of all, neither QB's that played today have the cannon arm that Bledstud has. Don't get me wrong both have demonstrated they can throw the football, but did you see how many wide open receivers Hassle-bad missed or threw the ball out of bounds too? Also Drew could have ran the naked bootleg more effective than Big Ben because defensive coordinators would have never seen it coming. He's a very big QB and would have bulled over weaker defenders en route to the endzone.

I think too many people buy into the statue myth. Sure Drew is a dying breed of statuesque QB by nature, but he has gradually improved his footwork over the course of his career.

If going 9-21 with 123 yards 0 tds 2 picks can win a superbowl, don't ever count Drew out!

Say what you want but that is 100% correct. Insert Drew for Ben tonight would have been interesting to see.

Umm...excuse me. Sure if you could Air drop Bledsoe into the Superbowl he could possibly win.

Unfortunately there is this thing called 16 regular season games, 2 or 3 playoff games and then the Superbowl.

Bledsoe's weakness will be exposed after 19 or 20 games.

But yeah, you are right if Bledsoe could have played for Pitts tonight, he probably would have won.

After 19 or 20 games would mean Bledstud is in the superbowl, which is a good thing. :D

Bledsoe led his Pats to more points than Matt Hasselbeck did today
