If I'm not mistaken, this was the 30th time Bledsoe has led his team to victory in the 4th quarter or OT. I'm assuming OT counts as a "save".

Joe Montana only had 31, playing 30 more games than Drew has thusfar.

On average Drew has one game winning drive every 6 games - this year he already has 3!

Bledsoe also tied Steve Young for 17th all time in TD passes, and has thrown at least 1 in every game this season. He has not had one game with more INTs than TDs.

But According to some, Bledsoe is not an impact player, and will never be in the HOF

Stop - he will never be in the HOF - the HOF is for Greats - Bledsoe is border line "very Good" In his last 40 games he's turned it over 35 times...
that's not even good - that's a disgrace.,

Bledsoe is more then i ever dreamed of. But to compare him to Montana is a little bit to ask for me ;)

But that he is in a tie with Steve Young shouldn't be a surprise!

Props to Drew!

if course he wont, i mean who cares that he sat behind a line that just completly sucked, and somehow has a almost 4 to 1 TD/INT ratio, but yea he is very good. and is HOF material

If Bledsoe's career were over today, he's not a Hall of Famer. But I think it's a stretch to say a guy with the stats he has will "never" be in the HOF. His career is a work in progress. As unlikely as it seems, if he takes this team far into the playoffs -- perhaps even winning a Super Bowll -- all the while padding his stats, the outlook of his career will change significantly.

Warren Moon was a better QB - had better Stats and is not a HOF'er - Testaverde is similiar to Drew Stats wise and is not a HOF'er

Phill Simms was better and is not a HOF'er ....See what I mean?

Warren Moom is not eligible to next vote - he's a Hall of Famer. Testaverde has career Interception record. Bledsoe's stats superior and he's only 33.

Simms? LOL - thats funny!

If Bledsoe can get a ring, I HOPE I HOPE, then he will make it to canton. His numbers are HOF worthy, but he needs a ring.

How many times you going to repeat that fabrication about Vinny having the career INT record?

You have been corrected countless times, yet you still throw it out there. FYI, saying it over and over won't make it true.

:hammer:
He has already played in one SB as the starter and helped win an AFC Championship game to put his team in another which they won. Neither Moon nor Testaverde has anything like that on their resume' and he has much better stats than either at this stage of their careers. If he gets another ring as a starter in a SB they would be hard pressed to keep him out of Canton.

But Vinny does have the career INT record for Active QB's since he is active again.

He does not represent it as active, and you know it.;)

FYI, if Bledsoe plays 19 seasons, like Vinny, he is on pace for 269 or 14 INTs more than Vinny.:D

No offense to Bledsoe, but I'd still rather have Joe Montana at the same age, I don't care what records Bledsoe has broken. The thing that bugs me about Bledsoe is I cringe whenever the pressure gets to him because he has that knack for fumbling or throwing the pick when the line breaks down. Montana or Brady stay cool under pressure. Young or Staubach scramble for a 1st. Aikman throws it out of bounds or takes the sack. Bledsoe coughs it up. Bledsoe is underrated and one of the best in the game when he's protected, but for whatever reason, he seems to suffer more than some of the other greats when his protection breaks down or defenses are giving him fits.

Drew is my fave player by far but I don't think that many folks feel that he's better than Montana! Where did that come from?

What are you talking about? Dan Marino averaged 1 INT for every game he played. That's at least 40 turnovers in 40 games.

And why are we going back 40 games? Why not 48 or 13? Because you're trying to build a case against him, that's why. Are you a Bills fan or something? The guy has a 100.6 rating after 6 games. That is GREAT.

In his last 13 games BTW, Drew is 10-3, with 22 TDs and 10 INT (a pace for 27/12, one shy of his career high in TDs, and tying a career low in INT). Why did I pick 13? Because prior to that was the Pats game when he was crushed.
