Bledsoe or McNabb?

Ok, I just read some idiot's rankings for the year and he pontificated that Bledsoe isn't as good as McNabb. As Lumbergh would say: "Uh, yeahhhhhh." Which QB do you want playing on your team?

Depends, your talking about 1 year of for 5, as much as i hate to say it, Mcnabb, is younger so can play for some years, where as bledsoe is good now, but probalby will begin to fall apart after this year, or next

1-2 year: Bledsoe

4+ years : Mcnabb

I'd still take McNabb. He is younger and can do more things. But the decision isn't easy. Bledsoe has a better deep arm and is a superior leader.

And if I had to win a big game, I probably wouldn't want McNabb quarterbacking my team. It's not easy to decide.

Hey, I am a Cowboys fan but I can be objective when it comes to players. Would I take Urlacher over James? Yes I would. I just want to see what people think and why they think it.

Take your Cowboy bias out of this and look at it from the stand point of an NFL GM or even as a casual fan.

McNabb wins hands down. If both were available to any team in the NFL for the same price ... McNabb would get it 32 out of 32 times.

Well, when you use a comparison between someone who is considered one of the best at his position vs someone who is just starter material; of course, its easy to be objective.

Talk about trying to start a fight. :laugh1: I love having Bledsoe but I selected McNabb. Once McNabb showed he could work from the pocket as well as being a danger on the run in my eye's he elevated himself to the next level. Last year was a rough year for McNabb starting with week 1 when he got blasted in the Atl. game and played injured through out the season prior to that McNabb help lead a pretty darn good Philly offense despite not have a lot of great WR.

I think that people are starting to ask serious questions about Mcflabb that they did not before. The birds players themselves have made some comments. McFlabb has gotten a lot of protection from criticism for obvious reasons- but the fact is that he choked late in the SB.
Bledsoe was victimized by a very nasty pass rush in his SB loss. Reggie white just absolutely owned the Pats O line that day.
