To Tony Romo. Letting him know that he's the big dog this year and unless he gets hurt, Romo's gonna have to watch.

There has never been any doubt that if Bledsoe has protection, he is one of the best QBs in the league. :)

Only problem is how much protection will he get?

If the oline starts clicking, then by all means, keep Bledsoe out there. If we have a questionable oline like last year, maybe it would be better for the team to give Romo a shot.

Either way, go Cowboys! :)

That's exactly the way I feel about it.

I made a thread about our OLine being better at pass protection, and I think I'm still right. Even though our OLIne is owning the 9ers rushing and passing.

No, its going by QB Rating. Brees threw 2 INTS, Actually he should be at the bottom of that list w/ Lossman and Manning moving up.

As for Romo, I dont think he is ready to be the starter this year, but I do beleive you will see him play. I think BP w play him in games that are well in hand.

Just my opinion though:star:

even without TO bledsoe should be very good this season. he just looks like he's in mid-season form already.

give drew a reasonably healthy owens and the rest of league will have hell to pay.

I agree, Bledsoe is looking primed for an MVP calibur season. Romo on the otherhand didn't look so hot tonight and seems to have taken a step backwards in his development.

QB controversy over.....

Actually I thought Romo did pretty good for having to start on his 5 yard or lower 3 times. Each time he went on long drives... He was headed for a TD until Hannam let a 1st down pass slip right thru his fingers for an INTERCEPTION and Toliver dropped a 1st down catch that stalled on another drive.

I like Romo a lot, but I can't get lulled into a false sense of security because he's been able to put up some decent numbers against 2nd and 3rd stringers against teams that might not be that good in 2006....this is still Bledsoe's show and he's just another idle spectator for now.

Romo played well vs Seattles 1st, 2nd , and 3rd stringers as well.

Its not like he was facing cup cake D
