Dude - pick your spots and your targets - We were up by 30 pts!!!?? and Key is a lay it on the line over the middle guy....

I love what Drew has done - but keep your trap shut when you ain't got a Ring like Key does.

I'll be honest, none of this bothers me.

Witten yapping last week. Bledsoe yapping today. Keyshawn yapping back.

These guys are grown men and care about what they're doing. All three have been nothing but stand-up guys with the Cowboys. They've proven that something may be said on gameday, but it's immediately forgotten when they go back to work the next day.

It wasn't as if there was some sort of tension between Witten and Bledsoe this afternoon.

As said in another post, IMO, this is a non-issue.

I think Bledsoe saw that touchdown and had flashbacks to last week's Eagles comeback and our own disheartening loss to the Commanders. Keyshawn, meanwhile, didn't appreciate what was said. I think we can certainly move on, as Keyshawn and Drew already have.

I never bothered to read your take...
I wasn't talking to you.

But acknowledging if my mind is running along the same track as yours, even on a tangent, it may be time for a lobotomy.

From what one can gather from reading lips, Key started the side line exchange.

Key can easily be seen saying, "F you too!"

Now, it would seem to me, highly unlikely that Bledsoe came over and out of the blue said, "F you!"

The most likely way it happened is Key said something, Bledsoe F bombed him, and then Key flew off the handle.

Drew said in the pc he spoke to KJ first. Told him to hold onto the ball.

Btw, if you read Spags column, Key was hurt on the play - bruised sternum.

Prolly just a little cranky that insult got added to injury.

You're awesome LTN, but yeah, you were wrong on your initial take.

Bledsoe probably should have kept his opinion to himself, but Key needs to be a professional and not fly off the handle like that. It's embarrasing, and even though it doesn't matter, from and ESPN perspective it takes away from a dominating win.

They were standing next to each other at the end of the game. I would be more shocked if our players did not have spats during the season.

.. and he's got to use intimidation in order to keep the opposition from ganging up on him and to keep his QB from looking the other way.

I think back in training camp, Bledsoe was having alot of trouble passing to Keyshawn because Bledsoe said he was having trouble adjusting to Key's game.

Translation-slow.

The Cowboys were worried Key had lost some more speed and they signed Peerless Price to be a backup just incase. The Cowboys have admitted this.

The fact that Patrick Crayton has received high praise from Bledsoe and has gotten a good share of the passes that otherwise might have been thrown to Key..has to bother Key.

And add Witten as an All-pro TE and Terry Glenn as the clear #1 WR, not Key..

..and you've got a recipe for Key to blow up not only now but in games down the road.

If Peerless Price ever makes it to the field and becomes another favored target like Terry Glenn has for Bledsoe..Key will spontaniously combust right in front of us. He will cause such a stink like we haven't heard since Q got the hook or AB.

If Key has a bruised sternum..let's let it heal and let Price play.

I'd like to see this offense with Price in there and Glenn and Crayton coming out of the slot and Witten ruling the middle of the field. I think we are missing bigtime with not having Peerless on the field at least 10-12 plays a game..more.

Sit A-train on the inactive list and PLAY PRICE.

This is crazy..you don't sit a guy who is making $2 mil a year and in whom we need to see if he can play to decide if maybe we want to sign the guy next year.

Don't wait until the 12th game to decide maybe we should do that.

Do it now.

Bledsoe has a ring the way ...but you'd rather not tell people about how ya got it.

Bottom line - pick on Larry Allen for his standard 2 Penalties a game - not Key who gives it up big time and is always a Pro.

Drew and Key were talking in the heat of the moment. Simple human nature response during such an intense situation. Yeah Drew probably wishes he hadn't said anything but in the end it just shows he and Key are human beings and not robots. BTW, we saw TO and McNabb do this last season-- and they only ended up in the Superbowl.

They wouldn't have been in the Super Bowl that year if it hadn't have been for Bledsoe, you can't ignore that. He was a professional all year long and a key contributor when it counted the most. He earned the right to wear that ring.

Second, he shouldn't have criticized Key for what apparently was a fumble caused by a vicious hit... but ultimately Key needs to act like a rational adult in that sitution, not like a raving mental patient.

Sure he was a sparkplug in AFC Championship after Brady went down came in threw a fantastic game winning TD. One of few TD passes thrown in the playoffs by the Pats.

If anyone is more at fault than the other here, it is Bledsoe.

I am excited by his excellent play so far this season, and I like that he embraces a leadership role on the team being a prolific 13-yr veteran QB.

However, I think he needs to be more tactful with the way he tries to lead the team so as to not insult teammates but to encourage or motivate them to play better.

Reason being:

1) Keyshawn really couldn't do much to avoid fumbling the ball. It all happened very quickly. It was a good hit by Sheppard. In my mind, there wasn't enough time to react to cover up the ball with two hands. Keyshawn didn't expect for Sheppard to be there when he turned around. Understandable.

1) Bledsoe is in his first year with the team. Let's be more cognizant of teammates who have been on the team longer. Dat and Campbell are team captains because of their play and familiarity with the team. Keyshawn is relatively new, but he's been here for 1 year at least.

2) Yes it is a young team, but not everyone on the team is a rookie. Keyshawn is a productive 10-yr veteran WR. Bledsoe's approach was more suited for a rookie or 2nd-yr WR like Crayton (who as we all know fumbles quite a bit).

3) Keyshawn has been pretty productive for this team since he's been a Cowboy. He's been clutch for us in more than one game this year, and yes I am aware that Bledsoe has been as well. This underscores the importance that the both of them get along. Bledsoe will need to continue to establish good rapports with his WRs as the season wears on. No use getting on their bad sides.

4) Keyshawn to my knowledge has not openly complained about poorly thrown passes that end up incomplete or leave Keyshawn vulnerable to hard hits.

That pretty much sums up my argument for why Bledsoe is more to blame in this incident.

Yes, Keyshawn has partial blame for the way he handled his response to Bledsoe by yelling and gesturing at him for the entire public to see. However, his outburst occured only in reaction to what Bledsoe initiated.

Bottom line, Bledsoe is more at fault.
