Has anyone else notice that when a play is called for Bledsoe to take a 7 step drop, that the OL seems to give him better protection? It seems that everytime he takes those deep dropbacks and throws deep he never gets touched.

Also, it is not just Bledsoe but it is any QB, when the defense gets good pressure on them they make mistakes, it is not only Bledsoe.

Bledsoe is only guilty of standing in the pocket and waiting, some calls it holding the ball too long, but for 12 years we saw the same thing from Aikman, I believe I was the only one that did not like that about Aikman, but I got use to it so now when Bledsoe does it, I am not bothered.

Yes we do have problems with mobile QBs, every defense does, that is why when a MObile guys learns to become a pocket passer as well as a runner they (his) teams are very very hard to beat. That is why I like mobile QBs.

But I believe Ware and Burnett will become our guys that make mobile QBs very wary about running on us in the future.

Historically Bledsoe has always thrived in a vertical/shotgun type of offense. Its always a gamble when the defense blitzes, but when he has a solid drop 5-7 steps from center, he's among the best passers in NFL history. We would not be a 6-3 football team without his stellar play

As Parcells is so fond of saying..the key to a good team is running the ball and stopping the run. If you can't run the ball, your passing game will suck. It's been that way for all of football eternity and that is why the offense stunk tonight. Now let Barber have the damn ball and put Jones on the bench!!
