Moss needs to get over it. I don't care what the Cowboys "promised" him. The Cowboys changed their minds and went a different route. Grow up, little Randy. This kind of thing happens all the time. What about the 20 other teams who passed on you?

How do we know that Moss is not over it?

i read the article a couple of times and never say a "i hate the cowboys!" from moss. he was "upset" we passed on him - but oh well. that does NOT = hate.

Moss has killed us over the years....that's for sure.

But the last couple of years, the Dallas secondary has shut down some big name receivers that were predicted to have big games vs. the Cowboys.

He'll get his catches, we just have to make sure they are little plays, not big ones.

I remember the local media (I live in WV as did Randy at the time) was reporting that a rep from the Cowboys was staying in a hotel in the Town Moss was living at.

He was so sure they were going to take him. I also think that if that story the local media reported was true they really thought they were going to take him.

Something must have changed on that last day or hours of the draft.

He was told they would take them, if reports were true there was a rep from the cowboys staying in town.

Would kind of tick you off if you were lead to believe you were going to be a cowboy and bang they passed on you.

Either way, that is water under the bridge now. However you can not dispute that his motivation against the cowboys has not worked for him when he has played against us in the past.

There was a report that Chan Gailey told Jerry that he didn't want Moss and that was the snag in the decision.
