Costas said Roger Goodell told him the spying was not limited to the Jets game. However, he found no evidence they cheated in the playoffs or in the superbowl. How stupid does Goodell think we are? if they cheated in the regular season, you know they cheated when it mattered most!!!

This is really nonsense.

The Pats won those SB's by FG's.

There is more than enough evidence to make a good argument that they had enough of a competitive advantage that helped the 3 point swing in their favor.

Anyone who thinks otherwise is just naive.

the thing that gets me is that the story just went away. The biggest football story in years and its gone after a couple of weeks. seems like a big cover up.

It was a big coverup. They destroyed the evidence. I mean, who does that? Oh yeah, people covering **** up.

Once a upon a time, Kurt and Sue Warner were the Brangelina of professional sports. Getting "exposed" SB36 was no fluke-since then, Warner has been nothing more than a serviceable backup.

Hey-at least we have something NOT to complain about for a change.:D

It will all come out eventually. The wrong person will be fired or slighted in some way and spill the beans. Too many people have to know pretty much all the details. Someone will come along willing to pay big money for the whole story or someone will write a book. It may be a while but the truth always comes out.

I hope the truth comes out about the Rooneys bankrolling the refs in 3 SB wins too.:laugh1:

Like I said in a couple of days ago, if this was the Cowboys accused of Cheating, we would never hear the end of it. Jerry seem pretty P.O.'d about being asked about this in a P.C.this week like they want the whole thing to just go away.

Gee, I love the Cowboys and I love the NFL. I don't want to see the sport and the league made a mockery and don't want to see other teams to start cheating either. I don't know the full story behind the Bills K-Ball, but it just shows that a team isn't afraid to cheat if they can get a slap on the wrist. I think it's best that the fans keep pushing this story so the next time team cheats, Goodell will have the guts to correctly punish them. Sure as hell beats acting helpless.

Lets see, if the Detroit Lions had been discovered cheating, or say the Cardinals or the Texans, would the league have destroyed the evidence since they actually have no rings that said cheating produced?

Doubtful.

This smells of cover-up and damage control. Protecting the genius in the hoodie. The league would have done the same thing had it been Bill Walsh, and the media would certainly have been willing to comply.

The Patriots legacy is tainted and the the shine is off their trophies.:fact:

Roger Goodell, we know the truth. Try to destroy that. :cop2:

If the Skins got caught, nobody would have cared about the evidence anyways b/c Snyder would REALLY become the joke of professional sports.:laugh2:

If I killed your pets would ya be mad 2 minutes later? It'd be over and done with so no one would care right?

Don't even dare try to spin that or tell me it's different.

There's obviously a reason this was swept under the rug...Exposing a team that won 3 super bowls would cause chaos within the NFL..They're just protecting the "integrity" of the NFL but then again cheaters DO need to be exposed!

OH well there's nothing we can do about it though..GO DALLAS!:star:

I thought Goodell had some balls the way he was dealing with the players and off field stuff.

Then the Pats come along and get caught cheating and all of a sudden Goodell needs to change his tampon.

Hey Goodell, how bout asking hoodie if you can get your balls back anytime soon.

I have a hunch the OWNERS made this call. Considering this actually involved questions about the whole franchise, this one HAD to go to the 32 owners. How much you want to bet that they said "Bury It".

I think you are correct here, seems kinda fishy that the other 31 teams in the league all of a sudden are hush-hush on the topic.

I would expect the teams that were affected the most, division rivals, SB opponents, ect....would be on TV every day saying how they were robbed.

I havent noticed that happening, in fact in is the exact opposite. Almost every freaking team has said it had NO IMPACT ON THEIR SB WINS.

The decison was made behind closed doors to bury this deep, real deep:mad:
