Waters went down and Romo cannot be protected for the time it takes to get someone open. defenses have figured out how to take Dez out of the game, even though his route running and stone hands at times takes himself out.

Not sure I'm seeing either of those things. Well, I *know* I'm not seeing the issues at RG with Waters down. And I *know* I don't think Dez has stone hands, by any stretch. Our offense has remained relatively efficient this season, despite what prevailing opinion might be on CZ this week. But it's true that I expected, on top of that, more efficiency from this WR group, across the board.

Beasley needs more snaps. At Austin's expense, too. The guy just makes plays, including that really nice TD this week on a pass from Romo that would have been high for Dez or Escobar.

Got it.

You continue to be one of the sheep.

Someone who makes crazy claims about "Super Bowls" but then wants 35 to 1 odds when asked to stand behind such ridiculous claims.

I stand for something, you fall for anything.

And then you have the nerve to demand actions from someone else while you continue to blindly feed the monster?

Alexander was right, fans like you are everything that's wrong with the Cowboys. You enable Jerry Jones to run it into the ground. Hope you're happy with what you're paying for.

As the saying goes, 'a fool and his money are soon parted'.

Not a sheep, but....you are. Just can't see your self yet

Whatever. Great post, sure beats thinking I guess, huh?

Keep telling yourself that while you're being part of the problem.

Ignorance is bliss.

And keep up with the baseless, fact less, rah-rah posts while you run away from the tiniest shred of accountability, or credibility.

I'll keep standing up for what I believe in and not being made a sucker.

Alexander

What's it going to be then, eh?

Did you see how the Bears totally exposed our blitzs?

If Kiffin does as Jerry Jones has suggested, we are likely to see more of these ineffective blitzes from a coordinator who really does not believe in them.

It really is not that bad of a picture. In fact, it fits the profile for most decent centers in the NFL. If he is tough and smart, he can be a 8-10 year starter while you can concentrate on the rest of the line.

Centers don't have to pull do they? They play in space so his 60 time (speed) is really irrelevant if he's not called to pull.

there are some center pull plays; but not a lot of them. And with his slow 40 time it would be dumb to try and make the Beard move - not to mention that is more likely to get somene injured when you pull and have them running full out.

If Jerry is now suggesting more blitzing, he's looking even dumber for hiring Kiffin.

Did he not study his body of work?

You bring in the father of the Tampa 2 and suddenly expect him to be blitz happy?

Really?!?!?

He does study his own work and thinks this is his best year as GM.

Anybody else notice this tidbit on Jeff Heath:

"A rookie free agent from Saginaw Valley State, he has speed (4.49), toughness and a bright future."

I found it very interesting. Remember, just about everything McGinn puts in these kinds of writeups come from NFL scouts, front-office executives, etc.

I frankly haven't been very excited about Heath, but this makes me wonder...

He has "potential". I think both Wilcox and Heath has ton of athletic ability. What they lack is experience. Wilcox only played safety one year in college and Heath is from a very small school.

Due to their lack of experience, any vet QB who knows the game can manipulate them out of the play. That's what we have seen many times this year.

forget the blitzing, there are no stunts whatsoever from this defense. Every player rushes straight ahead, making it easier for the offense to block them. Ware has the same rush play after play, rushing himself out of the play.

"When Dallas loses, it's because they just can't keep pace with the score."

Yes, when you score fewer points than the other team, you usually lose.

I didn't love this analysis of Frederick:

"Rookie C Travis Frederick (6-3½, 311), the former Badger selected 31st, already is the second-best starter. He's slow as molasses (5.56-second 40), doesn't bend well and isn't weight-room strong. However, he's tough, smart (34 on the Wonderlic intelligence test), steady and efficient."

It paints a picture of Frederick having a relatively low ceiling, which I hope isn't true.

So he is a "technician" much like they portrayed Steponoski in the Great Wall of Dallas.------both appear able to use what they got along with smarts to more than do the job.........
