Upset that we drafted Anthony Fasano?

Worried about Spencer not playing much his rookie season?

Wondering why Stanback can't get on the field for meaningless games?

It's not so bad - at least we didn't draft this guy #7 overall.

Jury is still out on Carpenter.

Fasano is of need, because we use 2 TE sets. And I think our offense is particularly explosive when we go to the 2 TE sets with Barber as the lone back.

Stanback was redshirted, in essence.

I think D'Brickshaw Ferguson gave up something like 13 sacks this year.

There is a Miles Austin joke somewhere in there!!

That may be, but Austin went undrafted. Williamson = #7 overall?

Placing bets now...

Who will be the first CZ poster to suggest we get him when the Vikes cut him? "But guys, he was the #7 pick. There has to be something to this. We can teach him to catch. He can learn under TO."

My money is on Edunce, since Stanback was really a QB, and only runs a 4.58.

Guaranteed someone will suggest it... :bang2:

Look at how many other highly touted, fast WRs who couldn't catch made it big in the NFL with another team... well there was... or how about... no wait, there's this one guy who... ah crap, I can't think of any.

Never use 4.7 TE's and explosive in the same sentence.. get some Sea time.

I've been dissing Carpenter since he was drafted. Listening to the Zoners saying how he's a good pick. Just be glad Detroit picked Mike Williams one pick ahead of us. That was the same draft that Minnesota got Troy Williamson. Who did we get right after Mike Williams? D Ware.... Still unsure on our second #1 pick in that draft...

Barber isn't fast for his position; maybe we should replace him. Or at the least, don't use the term explosive to describe our offense when he is in the game.

Crayton isn't fast either. Guess we shouldn't use it to describe it when he is in the game either.

Didn't Romo run around a 5.0 40? Maybe we would be explosive if we had Quinn at QB instead of Romo.

Since, you know, speed defines everything.

Maybe we can trade Witten for Davis. Serious speed and explosiveness upgrade. We'd be much better.

I was pretty hot on taking a chance on Cromartie but I really did think Carpenter was the lower risk choice -- a guy, who, even if he didn't pan out would end up a solid LB. To me, the pick was hard to argue against at the time.
