The Cowboy's current rankings after five games:

11th in pass rating differential (Off 9th Def 16th)
The offense's ranking is greatly skewed by the SF game (4th since then). Defensively, if we can hold steady around that spot, we'll win a ton of games.

18th in turnover differential (Off 24th, Def 10th)
Only one team has lost more fumbles this year than the Cowboys. Fortunately, only six defenses have more takeaways per drive than the Dallas defense.

2nd in points-per-drive differential (Off 5th, Def 7th)
This is the stat with the highest correlation to wins in the NFL, and Dallas is #2 after five weeks.

I thought the stats with the highest correlation to wins in the NFL was team passer rating differential? Or is that the stat with most correlation to winning the Superbowl....?

Points Per Drive Diff .92
Pass Rating Diff .81

Pass rating is the individual stat with the highest win correlation. The top team stat is PPD.

They both have strong correlations though.
