The Dallas Cowboys and Denver Broncos will square off Thursday night at 8 p.m. ET in AT&T Stadium. This will be the last opportunity for both teams to get ready for the regular season.
Usually, the last preseason game is where the backups get most of the playing time, while the starers rest for the regular-season opener.
For the Cowboys, most of the starters you expect to see during the season will not receive any playing time tonight. Instead, players like Dustin Vaughan and D.J. Adams will look to be on the field at their respective positions for most of the snaps.
This game will be critically important for all the players on the roster bubble. These players will have to prove they can excel against the Broncos reserves if they hope to take up a spot on the 53-man roster.
