Ezekiel Elliott was allegedly involved in an altercation at a bar Sunday night, but a new eyewitness explained that the Dallas Cowboys star wasn't at fault, per Domingo Ramirez Jr. of the Star-Telegram.

While there were initial reports that Elliott assaulted a 30-year-old man, Michael Huffman explained a performer that goes by DJ d'Train was at fault:

"It didn't go down like that. Everybody is saying that, but he didn't throw the punch ...

"Zeke was just standing there arms folded chilling feeling the crowd. Then I seen DJ getting loud toward the vicinity of Zeke and then I see an overhand right come over the back of Zeke shoulder that landed square in DTrain's face and he went to sleep. He didn't even see it. Then the crowd circled and dispersed. I'm surprised a whole video hasn't been released yet."

No arrests have been made yet in this case.

TMZ Sports posted a video of the victim following the altercation at Clutch Bar in Dallas, although it was noted that no specific names were in the police report.

According to ESPN.com, NFL officials are currently "looking into it to understand the facts."

Elliott is currently under investigation from the league due to domestic violence allegations. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, he reportedly could be facing a suspension for one or two games.

The 21-year-old is coming off an All-Pro selection in his first year in the league, leading the NFL with 1,631 rushing yards.
